Data Processing Computer

A shared computer (Windows XP) is located in the Green House. As of May 2008 this is a Panasonic Toughbook. This computer is used to configure the base receiver, rover receiver, RTK radio, and weather station. It is also used to download and post-process data. All necessary GPS software, is installed on the computer. Other manuals and reference materials are stored on the Summit Camp FTP server.

• USB-serial adapter, with drivers
• Compact Flash card reader (for laptops)
• CD burner

• Data Processing: Trimble Geomatics Office
• Receiver Configuration: Trimble Configuration Toolbox, Trimble GPS Configurator, Winflash
• RTK Radio Configuration: PDLCONF
• Weather Station Configuration: WXT Configuration Tool
• Weather Station Data Viewing: WXT Online Monitoring
