The following are examples of command lines that could be run. Be aware that the hyperlinks point to uncompressed files, and that grnr2600.dat is a binary file. The name-matching MES file, grnr2600.mes, is ASCII and is used if present. The original data was collected using a Trimble 4000 SSi receiver.

• This will translate a Trimble download DAT file into a RINEX OBS file (as redirected stdout) and a RINEX NAV file (specified by name); the name-matching MES file, grnr2600.mes, is read automatically (the name-matching EPH and ION files, grnr2600.eph and grnr2600.ion, are not used even if they are present):

  	teqc -tr d +nav grnr2600.nav grnr2600.dat > grnr2600.obs
  

• QC of the RINEX OBS; the report file is suppressed:

  	teqc +qc -report grnr2600.obs > grnr2600.qc
  

  Severe radio frequency interference suddenly appeared at 00:27:30 - 00:28:00, causing a great increase in L1-L2 ion slips. At about 03:30, the interference grows so intense that the receiver gradually looses tracking on all SVs. The receiver fails to track any SVs for about 3 hours. Download the SNR plot files grnr2600.sn1 and grnr2600.sn2 and view them with gt on UNIX or qcview on Microsoft OSs.
